Jute Core Ropes

(1) JUTE CORE ROPE:

Jute Core Rope & Leey Ply, Dry or Pre-Lubricated, are necessary in making of a Wire Rope, to give support  and to keep in place the outer wire strands during rope manufacturing process. It provides to the wire strands, a soft and adjustable spongy base, thus preventing distortion and deformation, resulting into creation of a perfect rope which muffles all over a sheave.

Pre-Lubrication Advantage

Pre-Lubricated Jute Core does very well as it holds the oil that is needed to lubricate and protect Steel Rope from inside, which is not possible by any other way. Further, it releases the oil evenly over time, ensuring a longer life for the Wire Rope.

(2) LEEY PLY:

For very small sizes Core requirements, to make thin size Wire Ropes, Leey Ply is recommended to use for required sizes of 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm, 4.5 mm. This is because of less availability of these very small sizes Jute Core Ropes, whereas Leey Ply can be supplied comparatively more. Leey Ply is manufactured by twisting the required count (size) and nos. of Jute Yarns together, as per the size to make. This is being supplied in Spool, very easy to unwind, i.e. in user friendly winding.
